Overview
This project focuses on one of the most common bottlenecks in sales: the gap between a deal being discussed and the paperwork actually getting signed. In many businesses, quotes are prepared in one system, approvals happen over email, contract versions get passed around manually, and nobody has a clean view of where the document is stuck. The goal here was to build a cleaner process using Zoho CRM and Zoho Sign so teams can prepare documents, route them for approval, send them for signature, and track progress in one structured flow.

The Solution
This project connects deal records in Zoho CRM, approval steps, and digital signing through Zoho Sign into one consistent workflow.
The sales team works from CRM, documents are prepared using approved templates, the right people are brought into the approval flow, and signature requests are sent through Zoho Sign with status tracking and reminders built in.
Instead of treating quotes, contracts, and signatures as separate tasks, the process is handled as part of the deal lifecycle.
The result is a process that feels more controlled internally and much smoother for the customer.
