Overview
This project was built for businesses that sell online and need more than just a storefront. The goal was to create a setup where orders, stock, fulfillment, and finance all work together instead of being handled in separate tools. The solution uses Zoho Commerce for the storefront and order flow, Zoho Inventory for stock, warehouses, and fulfillment operations, and Zoho Books for accounting, invoicing, and payment records.
The Problem
Stock mismatches between the store and actual inventory
Delays in packing and shipping
Manual order updates
Poor visibility into what has been paid, shipped, or invoiced
Difficulty managing multiple warehouses or locations
Too much time spent reconciling operations with finance
The Solution
This project connects the online store, backend inventory flow, and accounting process into one structured system.
The storefront runs through Zoho Commerce, where products are listed, customers place orders, and the order lifecycle can be tracked.
Zoho Inventory handles stock control, warehouse management, packages, shipments, sales orders, and purchase orders.
Zoho Books manages invoices, customers, and payment records so operational activity stays aligned with finance.
The result is a cleaner backend where the business can sell online without losing control of stock, fulfillment, or financial records.
